摘　　要：介绍了门诊收费系统的主要功能和业务流程，以及门诊发票、门诊退费等非常规流程，对收款员的交账进行有效管理和安全控制。我院门诊收费系统的设计结合了医院制定的门诊收费规章制度，坚持以病人为中心原则，优化了门诊病人的就诊流程，规范化了医院对门诊收费的管理，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。It introduces the main function and business process of outpatient charging system, and the unconventional process such as clinic invoice and clinic refund, etc., in order to make effective management and safety control on receiver to hand over the accounts. The design of our outpatient charging system combines the established outpatient charging regulations, which persists in the principle of patient-oriented, optimizes the visiting process for outpatient, standardizes the management on outpatient charging, and receives the good economic and social benefits.
