摘  要:本文对二氯苯醚菊酯和溴氰菊酯分别选择的高抗性家蝇(Musca domestica vicina)品系2Cl-R及Dec-R的抗性机制进行了研究。应用生物测定、增效剂,体内试验的表皮穿透作用、离体条件的解毒酶系活性的增加以及家蝇头部ATP酶活力的研究结果表明,两种拟除虫菊酯高抗性家蝇品系的表皮穿透性均比正常品系NP为慢,特别是Dec-R品系极慢。酯酶和多功能氧化酶及其末端的细胞色素P-450的活性在两个抗性品系中都比NP品系有不同程度的增高,但2Cl-R品系以氧化酶为主,而Dec-R品系似以酯酶占优势。Dec-R品系的Na^+—K^+-ATP酶活力低于NP品系的46%,而2Cl-R品系与NP品系相等。Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性在两个抗性品系中均高于正常品系。Mg^(2+)-ATP酶可能也是拟除虫菊酯的一个重要靶标部位。The resistance mechanism of permethrin- and deltainethrin-selected high resistant strains (2C1-R and Dec-R) of the house fly Musca domestica vicina was investigated through bioassay, use of different synergists, in vivo test of cuticular penetration and studies on the activities of detoxification enzymes and ATPase. It was found that the cuticular penetration of permethrin was slower in the two resistant strains than in the normal susceptible strain (NP), and the lag was more conspicuous in the Dec-R strain. The activities of esterases, mixed function oxidases and cytochrome P-450 were higher in the resistant strains. It was discernible that the major resistance mechanism was the MFO-mediated detoxification in the 2C1-R strain and the esterase activity was higher in the Dec-R strain when compared with the NP strain. The Na+-K+-ATPase activity was 46% lower in the Dec-R strain when con-pared with the susceptible strain, but the difference between the 2C1-R and NP strains was not conpicuous. The activity of Mg2+-ATPase was higher in the two resistant strains than in the NP strain. It is proposed that Mg2+-ATPas may be also an important target site for pyrethroid action.
