摘　　要：近代早期,英国家庭的择偶行为发生了明显的变化,这主要体现在婚姻决定权和择偶标准的变化上。婚姻决定权从中世纪封建主和家长手中逐渐转移到个体手中;在择偶标准上爱情的影响日益增长,逐渐成为婚姻的基础。择偶行为变化的根本原因在于个体的发展。个体可以自由支配的物质财富决定着个体能否自主决定自己的婚姻;而文化水平的提高在一定程度影响着个体对婚姻的态度。In Early Modern England, changes on the matchmaking take place, which includes the rights of marriage and the criteria of the matchmaking. In early modern England, the right of marriage move from seignior and head of family to individual; Love between the couple has become slowly the base of marriage. The main reason for changes of matchmaking lies in the development of individual. The number of wealth who a human being can use freely means that he or she can decide his or her marriage; the standard of his culture has affected the attitude on marriage.
