摘　　要：次贷危机爆发以来,一直被誉为"资本市场看门人"的信用评级机构遭受了来自各个方面的抨击,让投资者们认识到信用评级机构存在严重的问题,如何完善现行信用评级体制成为一个重要课题。针对信用评级机构在这次金融危机中所暴露的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,阐述了解决问题的方法,并在此基础上总结了我国信用评级行业发展应该注意的一些问题。Since the outbreak of Subprime Crisis, The so - called ＂gatekeeper of capital market＂ Credit Rating Agencies are criticized by people from all walks of life. This further exposes many serious problems existed in Credit Rating Agencies. It has been an important problem for us to perfect Credit Rating System. According to the problems exposed in this crisis, the reasons leading to the problems were analyzed. And the solutions to the problems were expounded. Some suggestions were provided that much attention should be paid to the development of credit rating industry in our country.
