摘  要:基于2006年5月利用探地雷达对祁连山八一冰川厚度的系统测量资料,绘制了该冰川冰厚度分布等值线图,计算出了该冰川的平均厚度为54.2 m,冰储量为0.153 km3.这几乎是我国第一次冰川编目资料中给出的八一冰川平均厚度(30 m)和冰储量(0.0843 km3)数据的1倍.由此可见,准确评估我国冰川的冰储量是冰川水资源研究亟待解决的重要问题.将八一冰川冰面地形图与冰厚度分布图相结合,绘制了该冰川的冰床地形图,结果表明:其崎岖不平的冰床地形与其相对平缓的冰面地形形成了显明的对比,显示了冰帽冰川的形貌特征.Glaciers in the high mountains of North-west China are the most important water supplies for the oases in the arid regions. Recently, much attention has been paid to how much ice storage is there. Glacier inventory of China has been done, but few glaciers have been surveyed for their thicknesses, which limits the estimation of the glacial ice storage. In 2006, an expedition was sent to the source areas of the Heihe River, the second largest inland river in China. During the expedition period, a pulseEKKO PRO Ground Penetrating Radar system (with a 100 MHz antenna) was used to sound ice thickness along five long transects and five short transects on the Bayi Glacier (with an area of 2.81 km^2) at the head.waters of the Heihe River, Qilian Mountains, China. The sounded maximum thickness was 120.2 m. Using Kringing interpolation method, the ice thickness distribution of the glacier was acquired and the average ice thickness was found to be about 54.2 m, which is much larger than the value about 30 m estimated by the work of Glacier Inventory of China. The total ice storage of the Bayi Glacier was calculated to be about 1.53× 108 m^3. Based on the contour map of the glacier surface and the isoline map of the ice thickness, the topography of the glacier bed was also obtained.
