国家科技奖与高校科技发展关系的分析--基于清华大学获国家科技奖情况

摘　　要：概述了高校近年获国家科技计划项目资助及国家科技奖励的情况,并以清华大学2003至2007年获国家科技奖励情况为例,分析了国家科技奖励与科技项目及科技人员的关系,提出了对高校科技工作的启示.It summarizes the national science and technology awards acquired by universities in recent years, and analyses the relationship between national S＆T awards, national S＆T programs and S＆T staff based on award situation of Tsinghua University, and finally puts forward the revelations to science and techonology management of universities.
