区域高校科技创新能力的评价研究

摘　　要：对省级区域高校科技创新能力进行评价和分析.明确了区域高校科技创新能力的定义,设计了区域高校科技创新能力的评价指标体系和评价方法.在此基础上,利用1996、2001以及2006年教育部的统计数据,对我国区域高校科技创新能力进行了系统的评价和分析.It evaluates and analyzes the science and technology innovation capabilities of regional universities in different provinces. The definition of the science and technology innovation capabilities of regional universities is given. The evaluation index system and method are proposed. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education in 1996, 2001 and 2006, it conducts a systematic evaluation and analysis on the science and technology innovation capabilities of regional universities in China.
