摘 要:在海水环境中,由于海浪及氯离子和硫酸盐的影响,使钢筋混凝土桥墩产生非均匀性腐蚀和损伤,再加上非均匀温度效应使桥墩处于偏心受压状态.因此,桥梁结构承载力分析除考虑材料的性能衰减、混凝土剥蚀和开裂,以及钢筋锈蚀等因素外,还要考虑钢筋非均匀锈蚀和保护层剥离的影响.文中利用结构分析软件考虑混凝土非线性和剥蚀及钢筋锈蚀,对钢筋混凝土桥墩的承载力进行非线性有限元分析.将计算结果与实测数据对比.分析结果显示:钢筋的锈蚀率和混凝土保护层开裂程度呈正比关系,但桥墩承载力降低很快,因此,当产生过宽的顺筋裂缝时,应及时采取修复措施.In seawater environment, the reinforced concrete pier of bridge are damaged in non-uniformity by the sea wave and CI-and sulfate, which not only reduces the strength and the section of steel bar and concrete but also changes their failure mode. Taking the steel-concrete pier in the seawater for example,with the help of advanced non-linear function of the structural module in the structural analyze software-ANSYS, the non-linear property and denudation of the steel-concrete pier were analyzed. The load-carrying capacity of the reinforced concrete pier is simulated and studied. It was obvious that the calculation method was in reason by comparing to the measure data. The variety regularity of load capacity was revealed. The results show that the ratio of rustiness of reinforcement steel is direct proportion to the width of crack but that the load carrying capacity of the reinforced concrete pier is descended rapidly. That provides theoretical foundation for the analysis of reinforced concrete structure in the seawater environment.
