摘 要:在搅拌釜式间歇反应器中研究了在G-26H型阳离子交换树脂催化下的乙酸甲酯非均相水解反应动力学。实验测定了搅拌速度、催化剂粒径、反应温度、催化剂用量对反应速率的影响,检验了催化剂的重复使用性,获得了乙酸甲酯水解的反应速率方程。The kinetics of heterogeneous hydrolysis of methyl acetate over G-26H ion ex-change resin is studied in a batch reactor. The effects of stirrer speed, catalyst diameter, cata-lyst reusability, reaction temperature and catalyst loading on reaction rate are investigated.Experimental results show1 Reaction rates change linearly with the catalyst loading.2 Equalibrium constants increase slightly with the increase of temperature.3 The catalyst can be repeatedly used without deactivating.4 Temperature has a significant effect on the reaction rates.A complete kinetic equation for describing the hydrolysis of methyl acetate is developed,which is as follows:wherek=2.74 ×104 exp(- 62200/RT), m3. m3/kmol. min. kgK = exp (0. 23483 - 668. 1 /T)
