摘 要:在Φ148mm的振动圆柱形流化床内,采用树脂、玻璃珠、小米及砂子等Geldart’B和D类物料,测定了振动强度为1~8g,流化数为1.0~3.0条件下气固流化床床层空隙率的变化,考察振动条件下床层轴向和径向的空隙率分布,探讨了床层空隙率的一些影响因素,并根据实验结果对振动流化床的平均空隙率进行了无因次数式关联。此关联式对实际振动流化床的操作与工程设计具有一定的指导意义。Experimental results of the bed voidage in a vibrated gas-solid fluidized bed with diameter 148mm and in the range of vibration intensity from 0 to 8. 24g are presented and discussed. Thedistribution of axial and radial voidage has been obtained within the following operation condition: vibration frequency (0~ 282s-1 ) and amplitude (0~ 1mm), bed height (0. 1 ~ 0. 4m) and 4 kinds ofparticles (belonging to Geldart's B and D groups). The effects of the vibrati0n strength and gas velocity on the bed average voidage variation are also discussed. Furthermore, an empirical correlation forpredicting the bed average voidage has been successfully proposed, which is in good agreement with theexperimental data and appears a smaller deviation within±15 %.
