摘 要:给出了双极坐标系下黏弹性流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的运动方程、初始条件及边界条件,推导出平均流量计算公式;在利用有限体积法数值求解该控制方程的基础上,用平均流量计算公式对可视为黏弹性流体的HPAM水溶液在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的平均流量进行了数值计算;绘制了在不同环空偏心距、内管冲程和冲次下平均流量与压力梯度的关系曲线,并分析了它们对平均流量的影响;对比了黏弹性流体与幂律流体做这种流动的平均流量。分析结果对优化聚驱工况下抽油机的工作参数具有指导意义。The governing equation, initial and boundary condition of unsteady flow of viscoelastic fluid in eccentric annulus with inner cylinder reciprocating axially under bipolar coordinate system, and the expression of average flow rate areintroduced in this paper. On the basis of numerically solving the governing equation by the finite volume method, the average flow rate of the unsteady flow of HPAM aqueous solution, which can be considered as the viscoelastic fluid, in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially, is numerically calculated, using the expression of average flow rate. The relative curves of average flow rate vs. pressure gradient, at different eccentricity of annulus and stroke and frequency of inner cylinder, are plotted. The influence of these three factors on average flow rate is analyzed. Comparison between average flow rate of the unsteady flow of viscoelastic fluid and that of power-law fluid is carried out. Results of the analysis may be good reference to the optimization of operating parameters of pumping units under polymer flooding conditions.
