摘　　要：提出一种合理有效利用Pro/E的二次开发方法,以工程中常用的齿轮、轴承、弹簧等标准件和常用件为例,创建内嵌于Pro/E、便于进行人机交互的产品模型管理及零部件重用的设计系统,为产品的快速设计与CAD集成提供有效技术支持。该方法已应用到实际产品研发中,取得了较好的效果。This paper presents a re-development method towards appropriate and effective use of Pro/E. By using popular parts such as gears, axletrees and springs as examples, a product model management and part and components reuse designing system is built up. This system is embedded in Pro/E and is man-computer interactive. It provides effective technological support and implementation approaches towards fast product design and CAD integration. This method is applied the customized development on a product, and makes good effect.
