跳投技术起跳阶段三维运动学的分析与研究

摘  要:采取文献资料法、录像拍摄法、录像解析法、数理统计法、对比分析法等,对不同水平篮球运动员的跳投技术起跳阶段进行力学的比较和分析。经过分析和比较发现:运动员的起跳速度与投篮水平紧密相关,高水平运动员在投篮时起跳时间更短,下蹲更浅,准备时间更少,在投篮时动作更为紧凑连贯;合理的摆臂对起跳影响较大,合理的摆臂动作可以使投篮动作更为轻松,动作衔接更为连贯,投篮动作更加协调。By the methods of documentary reference, video-aided analysis, mathematical statistics and contrastive analysis, we studied the jumpshot skills of the testee, and finally we found that: the speed of take-off is closely related to the quality of shooting. High-level athletes need less take-off time, less preparation time, and shoot in a more compact; proper arm swing has a big influence on the take-off, compared with the low-level athletes, pay more attention to the use of the elbow when shooting, as Appropriate arm swing makes the action more coherent, the shooting more relax and harmonious.
