摘　　要：目的研究了脱氢枞胺铁盐对多种实验性动物胃溃疡的影响。方法通过测定溃疡面积、胃液量、胃酸值、胃蛋白酶活性等指标的变化来观察脱氢枞胺铁盐对各种实验性溃疡的影响。结果脱氢枞胺铁盐在各项试验中均能明显降低溃疡指数(P<0.05,0.01)。结论脱氢枞胺铁盐对多种类型胃溃疡有抑制和治疗的作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of ferric dehydroabietylamine on rats with experiment gastric ulcer. Methods The ulcerating area, stomach acid value and pepsinum activity were measured to observe the therapeutic effects of ferric dehydroabietylamine on rats with experiment gastric ulcer. Results Ferric dehydroabietylamine remarkably reduced the index of ulcer （P〈0.05, 0.01）. Conclusion Ferric dehydroabietylamine can alleviate the experiment gastric ulcer in mice.
