摘  要:以SnCl4/C为催化剂,以草酸和正丁醇为原料,微波辐射直接酯化合成草酸二丁酯。通过实验得出最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为3.5:1,催化剂用量为总投料量的2.5%,微波辐射功率480W,反应30min,收率可达96.8%。Dibutyl oxalate was synthesized by directly esterification using SnCl4/C as catalyst from oxalic acid and butanol. The effects of main factors of reaction on the yield of the product were investigated and The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3.5:1 ; mass ratio of catalyst was 2.5% ; power of microwave was 480W and the micro- radiation time was 30min. The yield was 96.8%.
