摘　　要：近年来袭警案件频发,究其背后的原因在于人民警察权力运行得不明确、不规范。面对层出不穷的新问题、新矛盾,要求公安机关科学进行角色定位、转变执法观念,明确权力行使边界、严格规范执法,全面提高公安民警综合素质、牢固树立执法为民的思想,加强监督、从严治警,最终实现构建和谐警民关系的目标。Frequent cases of assaulting police officers in recent years show police＇s operation of police powers is not clear, nonstandard. Faced with the endless stream of new problems and contradictions, the public security organs should define their roles scientifically, change the concept of law enforcement, clearly understand power border and strictly regulate law enforcement, comprehensively improve their overall quality, carry out law for the people, strengthen supervision, strictly rule the police, and ultimately realize the goal of building harmonious relationship with the public.
