摘 要:PET/CT目前影像诊断中2种最具特色的技术-PET(功能显像)与CT(形态显像)的最优化组合,是目前唯一可以在活体分子水平完成生物学显示的影像技术,是临床用以诊断和指导治疗肿瘤的最佳手段,而当今以18F标记的PET显像剂最受分子核医学研究的重视,随着18F标记技术的发展,有越来越多的18F标记的显像剂被制备出来并应用于PET显像研究,其中18F-FDG(氟代脱氧葡萄糖)是目前临床上应用最广的PET显像剂。20世纪80年代开始,18F-FAC(18F-氟代乙酸盐)作为一种新型的PET显像剂,越来越受到很多研究者的重视。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了18F-FAC的合成制备工艺以及在PET肿瘤诊断中的研究。The optimization combination of PET ( Functional imaging) and CT ( Morphological imaging) which are two of the most special technologies in imaging diagnosis, is the only imaging technology which can carry out biological shows at in vivo molecular level at present. It is the best clinical means to diagnose cancer and guide to treat it. Nowadays in nuclearmedicine studies people pay the most attention to F labeled tumor imaging agent, and with the development of ^18F labeled technology, more and more ^18F labeled tumor imaging agent was prepared and applied to PET imaging studies. is F - FDG ( 2- Fluoro-2- Deoxy- D- glucose ) is the most widely used clinical imaging agent for PET. 80' s began, as a new PET imaging agent, ^18F-FAC (^18F-fluoroacetate) is attached more and more importance by many researchers. Through looking up the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper make an overview of the synthesis of ^18F-FAC and the tumor diagnosis for PET.
