摘 要:通过对我国首颗航天育种专用卫星“实践八号(2006)”搭载冬小麦轮选987SP2分离世代及地面对照农艺性状进行观察发现:航天辐射诱导冬小麦轮选987发生变异,sP2群体变异株率为4.06%。在入选的变异后代中,株高、穗长、株穗数、主茎小穗数、主茎穗粒数、主茎小穗密度、单株平均穗粒数、千粒重诸性状变异幅度不一,分别为-40.39%~29.40%、-30.23%~40.70%、-70.37%~107.41%、-47.78%~14.88%、-22.22%-78.78%、-69.07%。44.33%、-55.57%-21.63%、-59.66%.29.99%和-81.12%.84.80%。变异是双向的,上述性状间正向变异株率为0.74%。2.75%,负向变异株率为1.27%.2.90%。就单一性状而言,上述各性状单株变异率分别为4.05%,3.87%,3.44%,2.50%,3.39%,2.45%,4.05%和4.02%。A study of space radiation (Satellite Shi-Jian 8,2006) was carried out on winter wheat Lunxuan 987 and the results of its derivated SP2 showed:Space radiation could induce its variation, plant mutation rate (MR) was 4.06 %. Different characters performed a varied MR, range of variation of plant height, head length, heads/plant, spikelets/main stem, spikelets density, seeds/plant, 1 000-grain weight were -40.39%--29.40%, -30.23%--40.70%, -70.37%--107.41%, - 47.78%--14.88%, - 22.22%--78.78%, - 69.07%--44.33%, - 55.57%-- 21.63 %, - 59.66 %--29.99 % and - 81.12 %--84.80 % individually. Variation was bidirectional, 0.74 % - 2.75 % positive variation and 1.27 %--2.90 % negative one was recorded for the above characters. For every character the plant MR was 4.05 %, 3.87 %, 3.44 %, 2.50 %, 3.39 %, 2.45 %, 4.05 % and 4.02 %, respectively.
