万寿菊属F1杂种优势分析

摘　　要：选用万寿菊A、B、C3个雄性不育两用系与95个万寿菊和孔雀草自交系杂交,测定F1的株高、花径、冠型指数和分枝能力,并进行超中优势和超亲优势分析,通过F1各性状超亲优势的综合评价,选择出各雄性不育系恢复性强的自交系。结果表明,3-1、4-1和32-1综合优势值最高,可作为"两用系"A的恢复系,38-3、2-1、49-2综合优势值最高可作为两用系B的恢复系,33-2、43和48-1综合优势值最高,可作为"两用系"C的恢复系。Male sterile A, B, C of Tagets erecta crossed with 95 inbred of Tagets erecta and Tagets pautula, plant height. Flower diameter, Capony index and Branch ability of their F1 and parents were measured and analyzed by mid-par- ent heterosis; and super-parent heterosis. Synthetic evaluation of mid-parent heterosis and supper-parent heterosis of F1 showed that inbred 3-1,4-1 and 32-1 would be as the restorer lines of male sterile A, inbred 38-3,2-1 and 49-2 as the re- storer lines of male sterile line B,and 33-2,43 and 48-1 as the restorer lines of male sterile C.
