摘 要:以鲁原301、潍麦8号和山农62G三个超高产小麦新品种(系)和对照品种鲁麦14为材料,测定其在生育后期的光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ),非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ),抗氧化酶活性和活性氧含量。结果表明,与对照品种鲁麦14相比,三个超高产小麦新品种(系)在生育后期都具有较高的光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和抗氧化酶活性,而O2,H2O2含量和NPQ都较低。表明生育后期超高产小麦新品种(系)的光合机构受伤害程度较轻,利用光能的能力较强,利于高产。从产量水平看,鲁原301、潍麦8号和山农62G品种的产量都高于鲁麦14。Three super high yield wheat cuhivars:Luyuan301, Weimai8 and Shannong62G were used as materials to study quantum efficiency of PSII electron transport(ΦPSII), non-photochemical quenching(NPQ), activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of active oxygen. The results showed that ΦPSII and activity of antioxidant enzymes of three super high yield wheat cuhivars were higher than those of Lumai14 at late growth period. The content of O2~ and H202 and NPQ of three super high yield wheat cultivars were lower than those of Lumai14. These results showed that photosynthetic appa- ratus of super high yield wheat cultivars was damaged more slightly and had higher ability to use light than that of Lumai14, which were in favor of high yield. The yield of Luyuan301, Weimai8 and Shannong62G were higher than that of Lumai14.
