隆安县新生儿乙肝疫苗免疫10年的流行病学效果评价

摘　　要：为了评价隆安县新生儿大规模乙肝疫苗免疫１０年的流行病学效果，我们对该县１９８７～１９９６年的乙肝疫苗接种率，以及０～９岁儿童的乙型肝炎发病情况进行了调查分析。结果表明，乙肝疫苗１０年全程平均接种率为８８．９６％，免疫后１０年，０～９岁儿童的乙肝发病率为４．９０／１０万，较１９８７年同年龄组人群的乙肝发病率（３３．８５／１０万）下降了８５．５２％，预防儿童乙肝发病的保护率和免疫成功率几何均数分别为８７．９０％和７５．３４％。使儿童时期乙型肝炎得到了有效地控制。In order to evaluate the effectiveness of largescale infant hepatitis B vaccination performed 10 years in Long An county,a survey on the coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine and incidence of hepatitis B in children aged 0-9 years was carried out.The results showed that the average coverage rates was 88.96% in 1987-1996.After 10 years of hepatitis B vaccination,the incidence of hepatitis B was 4.9 per 100,000 in children aged 0-9 years,it was decreased by 85.52%,as compared with the incidence of 33.85 per 100,000 in same age group in 1987. The protective rate and immunization success rate were 87.90% and 75.34%,respectively.
