摘　　要：采用正交试验对影响镀锌层三价铬钝化膜性能的各因素进行了优化,对钝化膜的耐蚀性、附着力和外观进行了检测,得到了最终的优化配方。该配方能够获得黑亮的膜层,配合使用相应的封闭剂,能够保证膜层耐中性盐雾试验96 h以上。同时还对三价铬黑色钝化工艺的发展方向进行了展望。The formula of Cr^3＋ passivation solution for zinc coating was obtained with orthogonal experiments by optimizing the factors that influencing passivation film performances such as corrosion resistance, adhesion, and appearance of the passivating film. A black and bright passivation film can be produced in the passivation solution and it can pass 96 hours neutral salt spraying test combined with a appropriate sealent. The development direction of trivalent chromium black passivation technology was predicted.
