摘　　要：介绍了在Visual C++环境下利用MSComm串行通信控件解决铝包钢丝生产线上对轮速、温度等参数的监控问题,制定合理有效的通信协议,开发上位机监控软件,给出了控制系统中关键部分的详细代码。在实际生产当中验证了串行通信的准确与可靠。[Abstract] Introduce the monitoring and control to the wheel speed,temperature and other parameters in the production of A l-cladding steel wire by using MSComm ActiveX in Visual C ＋＋6.0,then,establish reasonable and effective communication protocol,explore the monitoring and. control software of host machine ,the detailed code of the key part in the control system has been introduced. The nicety and credibility of the serial communication has been proved in the production.
