CT增强鉴别软组织良恶性病变的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评估CT静态强化扫描对鉴别软组织良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析68例软组织病变的平扫+增强的CT表现。其中良性病变32例,恶性病变36例。全部病例均与手术及病理结果对照。结果扫描结果显示:良性病变强化相对均匀;恶性病变强化不均,边缘强化明显,中间强化较差。结论CT增强扫描测量软组织病变边缘及中心部位的CT值变化程度对鉴别软组织良恶性病变有帮助。Objective To assess the value of enhanced CT in differential diagnosis of soft tissue benign and malignant lesions. Methods The CT features of 68 cases of soft tissue, compared with the results of pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectly. There were 32 benign lesions and 36 malignant lesions respectively. Results Bengin lesions enhanced homogeneous and malignant lesions enhanced inhomogeneous. Malignant lesions had a notable peripheral enhancement and no obvious central enhancement. Condnsion CT enhanced value of peripheral and central portions may facilitate the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions in soft tissue.
