摘　　要：主要介绍了中国水利水电工程与环境的关系,综述了中国水电工程兴建对环境与生态方面的有利与不利影响,以及进行环境影响评价的目的、影响识别、预测评价方法和步骤、评价结论与对策措施,指出了在环境评价的实际工作中的不足,并提出了相应的措施。This artiel mainly introduces the relations of water conservaney and hydropowar project and environment in China . It summarises the beneficial effects and adverse effects of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower project on ecology and environment, as well the purpose of environmental impact assessment , impact identification, prediction method evaluation findings and measures. Finally it points out the defects in practice and the corresponding measures.
