摘　　要：共同收缩反映拮抗肌与主动肌肌间协调性。通过表面肌电图测试获得肌肉特定活动和最大等长收缩时的肌肉活化,再通过公式计算就可以获得该特定动作下的共同收缩。共同收缩在临床康复和运动科学领域有广泛的应用。Co-contraction denotes the coordination between agonist and antagonist. Activation of muscle contraction during one kind of motion and maximum isometric voluntary contraction can be obtained by surface electromyography, and then co-contraction of agonist and antagonist of the movement can be calculated by some formula. Co-contraction is broadly used to evaluate the coordination of muscle during the movement in the research field of sport science and clinical rehabilitation.
