摘  要:针对耐磨铸铁韧性较差的问题,研究了预变形和正火处理对低合金耐磨铸铁组织与冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,预变形能促使共晶碳化物在正火处理过程中由连续网状向独立的条块状转变,提高其冲击韧度,当经20%预变形和980℃×2h空冷正火处理时后,铸铁冲击韧度可提高78.48%。Aimed at the poor toughness of wear resistant cast iron, the effect of pre-deformation and normalizing on microstructure and impact toughness of low alloy wear resistant cast iron were studied. The results show that pre-deformation can promote the change of carbides from continuous network into streaky and blocky structure during the normalizing treatment, and improve the impact toughness. By normalizing at 980℃ for 2 hours after pre-deformation to 20%, impact toughness is improved 78.48% than that of the cast state specimen.
