摘 要:采用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对皮带轮灰铁件进行了铸造工艺设计,运用Z-Cast软件对皮带轮初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。根据模拟结果并结合理论分析,通过Z-Cast软件调整冒口尺寸和分布,经过多次模拟,进行铸造工艺优化,最终获得了合适的工艺。结果表明,最终工艺实现了皮带轮的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。生产实践表明,最终工艺生产的皮带轮内部组织致密,符合技术要求。The original foundry technique of the belt pulley was designed by conventional design method in the paper. The Process of solidification of original foundry technique of the belt pulley was simulated by the Z-Cast software. The location and the cause of the shrinkage defects of original technology were forecasted and analyzed. Based on this, size and position of rises were changed for process optimization and the reasonable foundry technique was designed finally. The result shows the project Ⅲcan ensure castings progressive solidification and eliminate the shrinkage and the porosity. Productive practice indicates that structure of the belt pulley produced by project Ⅲ is compact and the quality of castings accord technical requirement.
