摘  要:设计了一种在实验室条件下利用废钢冶炼含钼镍马氏体不锈钢的工艺。试验结果表明,合理经济的模具设计、熔炼和浇铸手段,可实现在空气条件下,利用2Cr13废钢冶炼含钼镍的马氏体不锈钢。利用该工艺冶炼出的钼镍马氏体不锈钢组织致密,化学成分与原设计成分吻合,达到了预期要求。本文可为含钼镍马氏体不锈钢的冶炼工艺制定提供参考。A kind of steelmaking process for martensitic stainless steel containing Mo and Ni element from scrap in laboratory was designed. The results show that reasonable and economical die design, smelting and moulding method are the necessary factors of steelmaking of martensitic stainless steel containing Mo and Ni element which made with 2Cr13 scraps as raw material in the air condition. The compact microstructure and eligible chemical composition are obtained. Some references for establishing the rule of steelmaking of martensitic stainless steel containing Mo and Ni element are afforded..
