摘  要:目的:比较葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群对实验性代谢综合征(MS)作用的差异。方法:10%果糖水喂饲建立大鼠MS模型、通过检测血清胰岛素(INS)浓度、葡萄糖输注率、血糖、内脏脂肪、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、和游离脂肪酸(FFA),比较葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群作用的差异。结果:10%果糖水喂饲6周后,模型组大鼠体重显著增加;葛根芩连汤有效部位群高、中、低剂量显著提高模型组大鼠葡萄糖耐量(P<0.05),降低血糖(P<0.05);中、低剂量降低INS(P<0.01)、FFA(P<0.05)水平,中高剂量提高HDL-C(P<0.01)、总胆固醇(P<0.05)水平;低剂量组显著降低TG(P<0.05)水平;中剂量组显著降低体重(P<0.05);高剂量组显著降低LDL-C(P<0.01)水平。葛根芩连汤组降低FFA浓度(P<0.05)。葛根芩连有效部位群高、中、低剂量组及葛根芩连汤组提高模型大鼠葡萄糖输注率(P<0.05),降低腹腔内脂肪重量与体重比值降低腹腔内脂肪重量与体重比值(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群均能改善MS,但后者作用优于前者。Objective: To indicate the differences of action spectra between traditional formulas and modern formulas by comparing the differences of effective frictions of Gegen Qinlian Decoction(GGQLD) and the original formula on experiment metabolic syndrome.Methods: To establish metabolic syndrome model of rats by giving 10% of diabetin solution.Determine the concentration of insulin,blood glucose,innards fat measured,blood fat and free fatty acid to compared the difference between GGQLD and its active frictions.Results: After giving the rats 10% of diabetin solution for six weeks, the weight of the model group rats increased dramatically, the active frictions of GGQLD can increase the glucose tolerance( P 〈0.05 ) and glucose infusion rate( P 〈0.05) significantly and reduce the level of blood glucose( P 〈0.05 ), serum insulin ( P 〈 0.05 ) of the model group rats, as well as improve their lipid metabolism, the GGQLD group can increase glucose infusion rate ( P 〈 0.05), dramatically decrease the ratio of fat in abdominal cavity and weights ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the concentration of free fatty acid ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions: The pharmacological action spectra are different obviously between the GGQLD and its active frictions, due to the different preparations. The reason may be the matching relationships of active components are changing resulting from the interactions of drugs.
