清肝胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝胶囊治疗实验性脂肪肝的作用。方法:采用高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型和大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,观察肝脂、血脂、肝功能和肝组织病理形态改变。结果:灌胃清肝胶囊344、172、86mg/kg×42d,对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型各剂量均可降低血清和肝TC、TG含量,减轻肝脂变程度;灌胃清肝胶囊344、172、86mg/kg×28d,对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型各剂量均可降低肝TC、TG含量,抑制酒精性脂肪肝ALT活力升高,减轻肝脂变程度。结论:清肝胶囊对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型和大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型有显著防治作用。Objective：To study the effect of Qinggan capsule on fatty liver models in rats.Methods：The model of high fat diet induced fatty liver and the model of alcohol type fatty liver were used in this experiment to observe the effect of Qinggan capsule on the concentration of lipids in the rat liver and serum,liver function and liver tissue change.Results：On the first model,Qinggan capsule 344 mg/kg,172 mg/kg,86mg/kg could decreased the contents of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC） in both liver and serum,the pathologic histomorphology investigation showed fatty degeneration of hepatocytes were improved. On the second model, Qinggan capsule 344 mg/kg, 172 mg/kg,86 mg/kg could decreased the contents of TG, TC in liver, decreased serum levels of ALT, the pathologic histomorphology investigation showed fatty degeneration of hepatocytes were improved. Conclusion ： It is suggested that Qinggan capsule might be effective in the prevention and treatment of experimental fatty liver disease.
