摘　　要：[目的]总结小儿尿道下裂的围术期护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析82倒小儿尿道下裂病人的临床资料。[结果]术后随访6个月～12个月，发生尿瘘10例，其余均术后阴茎外观满意，无尿道狭窄。[结论]加强小儿尿道下裂患儿的围术期护理有利于预后。Objective： To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for children with hypospadias undergoing operation. Methods： Clinical data of a total of 82 children with hypospadias were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All postoperative patients have been followed up for six months to twelve months. Ten patients complicated with urinary fistula. All the other patients were satisfied with postoperative appearance of penis, and none had occurred urethral stricture. Conclusion： To strengthen the perioperative nursing care is beneficial for the prognosis of children with hypospadias.
