摘　　要：用合成油和白碳黑制备了一种中性笔随动密封剂,该密封剂有良好的随动性能,能满足中性笔的密封要求。It is manufactured a follow sealant to neuter pen with synthetic oil and white carbon black, this sealant possesses good follow performance, and can satisfy the sealing requirement of neuter pen.
