摘  要:针对高炉风口区冷却壁上端容易损坏漏水,影响高炉长寿的问题,分析认为,主要原因是该部位已处于炉腹高温区,铸铁冷却壁不适应高温环境所致。为此,开发应用了一种新型叠合式冷却壁,将风口区铸铁冷却壁上端易损坏部位减薄,在减薄部位叠加一层能够独立冷却的紫铜冷却板,从而增强了炉体耐热性,使风口区冷却壁寿命由1.5a延长到2.25a以上。According to the fact that the easy damage of upper part of the cooling stave in tuyere region shortens the life of 1 750 m^3 blast furnace, it was considered through analysis that, the upper part of the cooling stave in tuyere region was in high temperature zone of bosh, where the cast iron stave can not stand the high temperature, so the damage was induced. Therefore, a new overlapping cooling stave was developped, which made the easy damage part thinner and infront of that overlaps a red copper stave with isolated cooling system, as a result, the heat resistance of the furnace was enhanced, and service life of cooling stave in tuyere region was prolonged to 2.25 years above from 1.5 years.
