摘  要:烟气系统过程校正炼钢是通过烟气分析系统测定转炉脱碳产物,并将脱碳产物用于转炉热平衡的校正,最终达到提高转炉终点C-T双命中率目的一种自动炼钢技术。目前,我国中小型转炉在采用副枪自动炼钢技术时存在着炉口小、成本高等限制性条件,而采用烟气分析进行的自动炼钢技术则能避免这些问题,并能促进干法除尘技术的推广,因此,这种炼钢技术在我国中小型转炉上还有很好的应用前景。Process correction steelmaking by off-gas analysis system is a automatic steelmaking technology, that identified the decarburization results by off-gas analysis system, and used the decarburization results to correct the heat balance, then reached the purpose of improving end point carbon-temperature hitting rate. At present, if mini-medium BOF plants in our country adopt automatic steelmaking technology by using sublance system, there are still some restricted conditions, such as small mouth and high cost. However the technology for automatic steelmaking by off-gas analysis can avoid these problems, but also can promote the development of the dry. dedusting technology. So this steelmaking technology will have a good future in mini-medium BOF plants in our country.
