摘　　要：小说与史诗有着一定的渊源关系,黑格尔与巴赫金都从这个角度探讨小说本质。二位学者的理论代表了小说与史诗关系不同的两面,一面是小说的历史,另一面则是未来;一面是对史诗的继承,另一面则是背叛。The fiction and the epic are closely connected;both Hegel and Bakhtin discussed the essence of fiction from this aspect.Two scholars＇ theory represents the two aspects of the relationship between fiction and epic：one is the history of fiction,the other the future;one is to carry on the epic,the other to betray.
