摘　　要：针对中国移动公司现行的资费标准和北京的全球通"畅听99套餐"方案手机资费问题,通过建立数学模型,给出各种套餐方案的资费计算方法,并对中国移动手机资费方案进行了分析、比较和评价,最终制定出了更为合理的套餐方案。Directing against Gotone＇s present fees standard of China Mobile and charging plan for ＂payment schemes of free receiving call （99 yuan as the lowest consumption） ＂, the paper not only presents corresponding computational methods for various payment schemes, but analyses, compares and evaluates relevant charging plans of mobile phone of China mobile by establishing mathematical model. And thus more rational payment schemes are worked out.
