摘　　要：文章对北京市屋顶绿化建设项目的成本和屋顶绿化所产生的生态效益的经济价值分别进行了测算,并运用成本效益分析方法对其投资回收期进行了分析。结果表明,北京市屋顶绿化建设项目基本在2-4年内即可收回投资。该文建议北京市应加大屋顶绿化投资力度,并重点发展简式屋顶绿化。The cost of roof-greening in Beijing City and the ecological and economic benefits produced by the roof- greening were calculated, the period of investment payoff was estimated using the method of cost-benefit analysis. The results showed that the investment of roof-greening construction projects can be recovered within 2-4 years. Suggestions were made to intensify investment in roof-greening, focusing on simple models of roof-greening.
