摘　　要：围绕河北省"三年大变样"建设,结合邯郸的实际情况,分析了邯郸房地产的发展趋势,提出了房地产市场的应对策略,以加快城市现代化进程,提升城市化水平,从而实现经济繁荣、居住舒适的终极目标。On the construction of big changes in three years in Hebei and combining with the factual situation in Handan, the paper analyzes the development tendency for the real estate market, points out some relative strategies to the real estate market, so as to speed up the urban modernization process, to promote the urban level, and to realize the final purpose of the prospective economy and comfortable residence.
