摘　　要：以江苏省内新兴工业区的建设实践为基础,通过对工业建筑工程实施阶段中投资控制过程的研究和分析,提出了工程设计阶段中投资控制实施的方法与措施,以期确保投资控制在设定的范围内,实现动态管理,从而保证投资控制目标的实现。Based on the construction practice of newly industrial area in Jiangsu, through researching and analyzing of investment control process of industrial building engineering implement stage, the investment control implement methods and measures in engineering design stage were proposed, so as to make sure investment control in designed scope and realize dynamic management, therefore guaranteed investment control goal realizing.
