摘　　要：介绍了房屋建筑开发成本的组成,阐述了房地产开发的流程,探讨了房屋建筑开发成本的核算,提出了房地产成本控制措施,以达到加强成本核算,降低工程成本,提高经济效益的目的。The paper introduces the components of costs for the real estate development, illustrates the process of the real estate development, explores the cost accounting for the residential buildings, and points out the controlling measures for the real estate costs, ,so as to strengthen the cost acoounting, to reduce the project costs, and to improve the economic benefits.
