微油点火小油枪在粉煤锅炉上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了小油枪微量油燃烧直接点燃煤粉燃烧器的工作原理,提出了用此技术改造大油枪燃煤锅炉的理由。淮化股份有限公司采用此技术改造大油枪燃煤锅炉后,节油效果明显,有效提升了锅炉低负荷下的燃烧稳定性。This paper introduces the working principle of micro-oil combustor that is ignited directly by small oil igniter, puts forward the reason for pulverized coal fired boiler revamp with small oil igniter instead of large one. That revamp has already been done in Anhui Huaihua Co., Ltd, which has greatly reduced the cost of fuel oil, improved boiler＇s combustion stability under lower load.
