优质中长绒高支纱棉花新品种DH966的选育

摘　　要：DH966是山西省农业科学院作物遗传研究所于2006年以栽培种陆地棉晋棉6号为母本、野生种瑟伯氏棉为父本,通过远缘杂交的途径,并采用半配合育种技术培育而成,是山西省第1个、我国第2个新选育出的特早熟中长绒棉花新品种。其产量水平、品质指标、抗性指标均达到了我国农业部规定的2003—2007年中长绒棉花新品种育种目标。DH966 was selected by Institute of Crop Genetics, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, in 2006 from the female parent Jinmian 6 and the male parent（G thurberi）. It was bred through methods of distant hybridization and semigamy. Its production, quality and resistance levels all match the standard of mid-long staple cotton new variety made by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture in 2003--2007. DH966 is the first in Shanxi and the second one in China new variety cotton which belongs to early maturity and mid-long staple in Shanxi province.
