摘 要:研究了用乳化结晶法从粗蒽制精蒽的新工艺,考察了溶剂种类、乳化剂种类、乳化剂用量、水/粗蒽质量比、助剂加入量以及结晶终温等因素对精蒽质量和收率的影响。实验结果表明:以糠醛作溶剂,采用咪唑啉和Span20复合型乳化剂,经一次乳化结晶所得精蒽纯度大于95%,符合国家一级精蒽标准,蒽收率大于80%。A new process of making pure anthracene from crude anthracene by emulsioncrystallization is studied The effects of solvent kinds, emulsifier types, emulsifier amounts, ratio of water to crude anthracene (W/W), additive amount and end crystallization temperature et al on the content and yield of pure anthracene have been investigated The results show that the content and yield of pure anthracene are above 95% and 80%, respectively, and the quality of pure anthracene meets national standard with first grade when a complex emulsifier (Span 20+imidazoline) is adopted The results also show that the method of emulsioncrystallization is a process through which crude anthracene can be refined satisfactorily Its advantages are simplified process, steady quality of pure anthracene with high yield, low production cost, little pollution, and broader prospects of application
