摘　　要：构建当代人民警察的核心价值观是公安机关建设社会主义核心价值体系的重要方面,是履行使命、加强队伍建设、铸造忠诚警魂、塑造优良警风、提高队伍凝聚力和战斗力的现实需要。当代人民警察核心价值观表述为忠诚、为民、公正、奉献。构建当代人民警察核心价值观应在融入公安文化建设、结合民警思想工作实际抓践行、发挥榜样示范作用和建设长效机制等方面下功夫。In present-day, the polices＇ key value views are including, loyal, serve the people, fairminded or offer as a tribute. Establish the polices＇ key value views in present-day, we should strengthen the key value views education and the police culture building, pay attention to the practice combine with the police＇s thinking, working, living reality, give full play to the example＇s inspire or encourage role, set up a long-time system of the key value views to the police＇s.
