摘 要:目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)、肌红蛋白(Mb)联合检测在急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期诊断中的的应用价值。方法采集56例AMI患者于胸痛发作0~4h、8h、12h、24h、48h、3d、5d和7d的血清,以及对照组48例的空腹血清同步进行cTnI与Mb的动态检测。结果AMI组血清cTnI、Mb的浓度均高于对照组(P〈0.01)。AMI患者的早期0~4hMb的灵敏度明显高于cTnI;而8h以后cTnI的灵敏度和准确度明显高于Mb。结论CTnI、Mb作为心肌损伤的早期标志物联合检测,可提高急性心肌梗死早期诊断的特异性和敏感性。Objective To explore the clinical value of cardiac troponin I ( cTn I) and myoglobine (Mb) in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infraction (AMI). Methods The serum eTnI and Mb were detected in 56 AMI patients after they got breast-aeh, and 48 healthy control group at various time phase including 0 - 4 h, 8 h, 12 h ,24 h,48 h,3 days ,5 days and 7 days. Results The levels of serum cTnI and Mb in AMI group were higher than that i'n the control group. The sensitivity of Mb in the diagnosis of AM 1 was higher than that of cTnl when the AM I occurred in 0-4 hours. However,the sensitivity and accuracy of cTnI in the diagnosis of AMI than that of M b in 8 hours later. Conclusion As the The detection of cTnl combined with Mb.
