巴曲霉治疗胶耳的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲霉对胶耳的疗效。方法对30例（30耳）确诊为胶耳患者随机分为两组，试验组（DF-521）：中耳腔注射DF-5215BU；对照组（地-糜组）：地塞米松注射液5mg、糜蛋白酶5mg混合液中耳腔注入；每周1次，共治疗4～8次。结果试验组：总有效率为：93．75％；对照组：总有效率为：21．43％，两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论DF-521在治疗胶耳中是一种较理想的药物。Objective To investigate the efficiency of Btroxobin （DF-521） in treating glue ear. Methods 30cases （30 ears） of glue ear were divided into 2 groups randomly. The DF-521 group received Batroxobin 5BU every week for 4 -8 times by injected into middle ear cavity. The control group received acroseb-D 5 mg and alfapsin 5 mg every week for 4 - 8 times by injected into middle ear cavity. Results The effective rate of DF-521 group and control group were respectively 93.75% and 21.43%. The difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion DF-521 is better in treating glue ear.
