摘 要:在300mm的喷流床中,用砂作为流化颗粒,以空气作为流化和喷动气,考察了流化气速、喷动气速、静床高、大颗粒浓度及锥形气体分布器开孔率等对大颗粒在喷动气入口管出料量的影响。从而提出大颗粒下料速率的经验关联式为vp=1.953×10-3cb(Us/ut)-14.35exp(-1.32Uf/Umf)维持喷动流化床不出料的最小喷动气速计算式为Usmin/ut=0.231Uf/Umf+0.The effects of fluidized velocity, spouted velocity, static bed height, coarse particle concentration and the aperture of conical distributor on the coarse particle discharge rate in the central inlet was investigated in a 300 mm spouted fluidized bed using sand as the fluidized material and air as fluidized and spouted medium. An empirical correlation of coarse particle discharge rate was obtained as: v p =1.953×10 -3 c b (U s /u t ) -14.35 exp (-1.32U f /U mf ) The equation for calculating the minimum spouted velocity, at which the bed remainis no discharge of the coarse particle was obtamed as: U smin /u t =0.231U f /U mf +0.771
