摘　　要：目的探讨可溶性L-选择素在毛细支气管炎及儿童哮喘中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取毛细支气管炎病例20例、儿童哮喘急性期病例21例、缓解期病例18例、及健康儿童20例,分别测定其血清L-选择素浓度并进行统计分析。结果毛细支气管炎、哮喘急性期、缓解期三组患儿血清L-选择素浓度分别与健康对照组儿童相比均明显升高(P<0.01);而三组患儿血清L-选择素浓度总体比较(P>0.05)及两两相比(P>0.05)均无统计学意义。结论L-选择素水平可以反应气道高反应性及气道炎症情况,毛细支气管炎与儿童哮喘气道炎症和气道高反应性有相似之处;L-选择素可能成为治疗哮喘和毛细支气管炎新的靶点。Objective To explore the blood serum expression of soluble L-selectin and its clinical significance in bronchiolitis and asthma. Methods The blood serum expression of soluble L-selectin in 20 bronchiolitis and 21 cases of acute asthma attacks of child and 18 children with stable asthma and 20 healthy children were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit and analyzed by the SPSS software. Results There was no significant difference of the blood serum expression of soluble L-selectin among bronchiolitis and acute asthma attacks of child and children with stable asthma （ P 〉 0.05 ） , while significant difference between any of above three groups and healthy children group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The blood serum expression of soluble L-selectin can reflect air passage inflammation and hyperreactivity, bronchiolitis and asthma have some same eharacter. The treatment of asthma should take a long period ,we can regard L-selectin as new target to treat asthma and bronchiolitis.
