摘　　要：目的探讨PFN钉治疗转子周围骨折的方法及疗效。方法选择47例(49髋)转子部骨折患者行PFN固定治疗。结果47例(49髋)手术均获成功,无髋内翻畸形,无延迟愈合及骨不连等相关并发症,优良率达95.6%。结论PFN钉治疗转子部骨折疗效肯定,正确而熟练的手术操作是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the effect of healing intertrochanteric fracture with PFN. Methods 47 patients（49 hips）with intertrochanteric fracture received fixation of PFN. Results All the operation were successful,there were no complication such as coxa rata, late healed, bone disunion etc. Conclusion It has positive effect in healing intertrochanteric fracture with PFN, the key point of success is correcet and expert procedure.
